Nets Basketball appreciates the cooperation and coverage given to the club and look forward to their 34th season in the NBA, and their 29th at the Meadowlands.
Nets media credentials are issued for the purpose of providing access to locker rooms, media work rooms, the press lounge, and in most cases, media seating. Credentials must be visible at all times. At no time should a credential be used for access to a locker room for autographs.
Season credentials will be issued to all recognized media outlets that plan to cover all Nets home games and who make a reasonable request on company letterhead. Season credentials are non-transferable. Individual game credentials should be requested a minimum of 24 hours prior to game time (Friday noon for weekend contests). These passes may be picked up two (2) hours prior to game time at the press window, number 18, located in the main ticket lobby of the Arena.
Single-game photo passes will be issued in the same manner as other credentials. Newspapers and magazines on assignment may obtain passes by having the photo editor request a single game credential in writing. Freelance photographers requesting credentials must submit a letter from the editor, with a specific assignment from an accredited publication. Single game photo passes are issued on a space available basis.
Limitations and guidelines for credential use appear on the back of your credential and on signs in the press room. Please adhere to these regulations.
The press room is located on the court level, downstairs from the main box office lobby.
No guests are allowed in the press room. It is for working media only.
The Nets and visitors locker rooms are located at court level on the same side of the Arena as the press room.
In accordance with NBA policy, locker rooms will be open to members of the media for a 45-minute period, beginning 90 minutes prior to game time, and re-open 10 minutes after the conclusion of the game.
Parking passes are given to season credential holders only. Parking passes for visiting media are available by calling the Nets Public Relations Department 48 hours prior to the scheduled game.
Game notes, rosters and scoring sheets will be available in the press room two (2) hours prior to game time. Play-by-play sheets, quarter, halftime and final boxes will be delivered to all media at the tables and in the press room. Fax and photocopy service is available by contacting the Public Relations Department.
Special requests and additional information can be gained by contacting Gary Sussman, Aaron Harris or Patrick Rees at the Nets office, 201-635-3410, or by fax at 201-935-1088.
